We ship using Royal mail tracked 24hr or 48hr. These are a fully tracked service that will show updates all the way along the parcels journey. Once your order has been processed you should recieve a tracking number and link.
How many characters can I request on an order?
We cannot etch more than 15 characters on a whiskey glass, due to the size of the glass. If you need more than 15 characters, please message us first. Some designs have more space and will allow more characters, please check the personalisation box on the listing.
We can discuss bigger orders for workplaces, weddings, parties or any other occasion. With our new laser etching, we can provide a larger quantity of glasses. It may take slightly longer than times stated in listings, but we try our best to get all glasses out quickly. We copy text exactly as you have provided, please check that it is correct before ordering. Please contact us for quotes, designs and orders.
Christmas Delivery
Please place your order as early as possible to ensure delivery before Christmas, we will stop accepting orders when we reach our daily production limit to ensure orders are sent in time for Christmas, usually this is around 15th December.
Cancellations & Returns
We copy the personalisation information directly from the order you place, please ensure that any personalisation is spelt correctly, has capitals where you need it and spaces.
Designs may vary in size or position to glasses displayed, as designs are computer made.
Marks on the glass will be avoided to the best of our ability when personalising. Any blemishes on the glass are usually made during manufacturing, including bubbles. We check each glass over and if we feel it will detract from the design or may be a hazard, we will use a different glass.
Some glasses may have imperfections but this does not affect the strength of the glass. All of our glasses can be hand washed or put in a dishwasher, the design cannot wash off as the laser etching process etches the glass layer. Please wash before use as small shards may still be on the glass from the etching process.
Refunds & Cancellations are not available if you have simply changed your mind about the item as every item is made to order and cannot be resold. If the item has turned up damaged, due to shipping, please contact us with photos.
